Shipping Terms

Shipping Coverage
We offer international shipping for a wide range of products, including tractors, heavy equipment, and related spare parts. Shipping is available to the countries listed in our booking system.

Shipping Methods
Shipping is carried out via:
Ocean Freight – for large units such as tractors and heavy equipment.
Air Freight – for spare parts or smaller items.
Land Transport – for specific areas as agreed.
Shipping methods will be adjusted based on size, weight, and destination.

Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made using the latest standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, or EXW).
Brief explanation:
FOB (Free On Board): The buyer bears the costs and risks once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): The seller bears the costs to the port of destination, including basic insurance.
EXW (Ex Works): The buyer assumes full responsibility from the time the goods are picked up from the seller’s warehouse.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on:
Item size and weight
Destination country
Shipping method
All costs will be disclosed before payment is made.
Additional costs such as import taxes, customs duties, and local fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time:
Sea: 3–8 weeks (depending on the destination country)
Air: 5–14 business days (for spare parts or smaller items)
Land: depending on the region (for specific areas as agreed)
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

Documentation
We will provide the necessary shipping documents, such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin (if required)

Insurance
Insurance is only included if using the CIF plan or if specifically requested.
We recommend buyers take out additional insurance for maximum protection.

Inspection & Receipt of Goods
Buyers are required to inspect the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 3 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic/video evidence.

Rejections & Returns
International returns for heavy equipment are generally not permitted, unless there is a proven shipping error or manufacturing defect.
All returns must be approved in writing by us.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters
War
Government policies
Global logistics disruptions
