Return Eligibility
Unit can be returned if they meet the following conditions:
Requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of receipt.
The unit must be in the following condition:
Unused / with minimum operating hours (for machine units)
No damage due to use
Complete with original accessories, documents, and packaging
Proof of purchase (official invoice)
Note:
Units that have been heavily used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
